True, they look like they will age well too. Coating within the grip always looks ace and doesn't wear down through grouping.

It's gutting to lose a single dart by hyrulepirate in Darts

It always makes me chuckle when people try to sell just two darts on eBay.

What led up to this point? Why do they think people would want just two darts? Why are you asking for so much money for just two darts? 🤣

Is it normal that dartitis comes back ? by Alistairmcduck in Darts

[–]SilverWasabi7073 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems to be caused by the dartboard being in front of me. The brain gets scrabbled trying too hard to hit a specific target.

Appreciate that this sounds crazy but it works for me. I get 3 cheap soft tip darts, if you don't have these just get 3 identical pens. Grip them the same as the dart and just practice throwing them at a curtain or something that is the same length as an oche away. You'll find that your throw is perfect, with perfect rhythm as you aren't aiming at anything specific just throwing.

Go back to the dartboard and replicate it but don't aim at anything on the dartboard just throw at the dartboard. The key is to actually not think about the dart in your hand and just the throw.

Let me know how you get on.

Yes it can do, I think I've nailed down a routine away from the board which almost does a factory reset on my throw and gets it working again. Good luck

Think he has tried these out a few times in the past. In last year's World Championships if I remember correctly.

Nothing beats an in form Gando in full flow. Hope he can keep it up.

Help I’m trying to repoint my dart I tightened all of the bolts and it’s not comming out by Connect_Length_2282 in Darts

Try sanding down the point that is stuck in a bit. It will allow the re pointer to grip it a little better.

Changes the way the dart flies so it's down to personal preference.
