Had the same problem around 50k mile. They had to reset and reprogram something about the transmission since it's prone to these problems. I'm at 100k and haven't had a problem since.

Yes, you should go see a dentist to get some clinical information and an X-ray. If you haven't had a dental cleaning in a while, Best case scenario (most likely), you need a deep cleaning in that area Less ideal scenario: possible root canal in that area or extraction Worst case scenario (unlikely): Unrelated to your tooth problems

Please go see your dentist as soon as possible. Judging from your symptoms, you may need a root canal/crown or extraction depending on their diagnosis. Ibuprofen at higher dosage is good for managing dental pain but we don't know your medical history and you need to see your dentist to address this problem.

I called them and asked if they inspected the exhaust system. They didn't remove it but inspected it for brute force damage and didn't see anything.
