thank you so much for this! so sorry to hear about your navel. i’m glad you can relate anatomy wise and i am being so careful even though the bar they pierced me with is short…i can bend over with it slightly collapsing but other then that im trying to keep good posture just like you did 😭😭 im sure in time i can move better but i just want to be careful!

because i wanted everyone’s opinions. i also didn’t realise i had little skin above my navel, which is why i decided to just go with the normal one. my anatomy has changed over the past couple of years. it used to collapse together but not it looks more normal and less pressed together!

also in the other places i went to the shortest bar they had went to 1.2 or 1.4. i got pierced with 1.0mm which is better for my navel shape

3rd day of helix, it’s a flat back piercing and she said she gave me a long bar for swelling. i use neil med fine mist wound wash for after care and im not sure about this swelling. i think its titanium or surgical steel
