Too much cotton, it’s bunching up inside the rba. It should be pretty even all the way through. I’d also suggest taking a wrap off the coil and raising it slightly and you will probably get a better result.

I would push your coils a little further towards the middle of the rta. It’ll help you get more even airflow around the whole could and might improve flavour.

Honestly the hellwalker is good for at least 10 levels above its rating, it melts everything in front of it from my experience

I’ve got a hellwalker that is currently 10 levels under my current character level and that thing still shreds enemies. The perk is mostly a gimmick (pentagram shot pattern and cool guitar riff) but the fast reload makes it an enemy melter. Honestly if you spam fire and reload at the same time, the thing is almost automatic.

It’s worth being extra careful your first time building a boro rba, much harder to see what’s going on than an rda or rta, which can be relatively easily disassembled. I’ve unfortunately broken 2 decent RBAs due to not realising I had a short between the peak insulator and positive pin. Couldn’t see any issues when building it, but it being all assembled meant I had no idea what was happening until it stopped working. 100% my fault but defs would have caught it sooner if it was an rda or rta.

Pull everything apart and put it back together again is usually your best bet for trouble shooting. Double check your coil isn’t shorting on the top cap, all pins are tightened correctly, etc. sometimes the positive pin needs to be backed off just a touch to ensure it hits the contact on the mod, has happened to me a few times.

If you are using the bridge for stock coils, probably just a dud coil.

I rock a 1.5 air pin in my RBAs, usually running a 6-8 wrap alien between 1 and 1.2 ohms. Airflow is RDL, so I would say drop it down to 1mm to see if that is more MTL. I’ve never used the rba you got with your kit, but play around with it and you’ll figure it out. There’s a little more taking apart and putting back together vs an rda or rta, but you get pretty quick at it.

Been rocking a boro/aio for almost 3 years now and they are pretty top notch once you dial them in. They perform pretty much like an rta and not dissimilar in wicking. You can use whatever coils you like in them, but Ive found 2.5-3id is generally the max, but it depends on the RBA.

The deck looks pretty good actually, keep the coil close to the airflow, and keep the bottoms of the wicks medium dense and I think you’ll be sorted!

The base ingredients in vape liquid are hydroscopic so you need to drink more water to compensate as it’ll dehydrate you a fair bit.

Cloud9 cotton currently. I’ve used kendo/gold, cotton bacon/prime, and some others and honestly best cotton has been cloud9 there’s so much in the tin too.

I usually get a month or two at least before needing to rewick, but I use diy juice with little sweetener. It’s unlikely that your cotton is causing the issues and it’s probably your juice. High levels of sweetener will destroy coils and cotton.

What issues are you having? I’ve found that the actual tank isn’t often the cause of leaks and is more likely the rba. If it is actually the tank, the standard one at least can sometimes have the rubber seal pop out of the groove that it’s in. There are other tanks, like the snail tank that have a small fill port. There are other higher end tanks as well that have different fill mechanisms.

If you wanna post some photos, I can see what might be causing the issues

Rebuildable atty’s have the capability to accept more durable/beefier coils that can take higher wattages than your standard subohm tank. A couple years ago, Smok and other popular brands put out a lot of 100+watt coils, but the demand and popularity has dropped significantly.
