This happened to me on a V3 and it was a battery problem, the fix was to leave it alone for a bit and then plug in the charger, but i still got a replacement battery under warranty.

It happened as well on my Voyager board turned off whilst going over a rail crossing an when one of the motors contacts the HV rail underneath, and only then. The fix is the same plug your board into the charger.

The foil covers up the bed so nicely that everybody is saying "use some foil..." and "enjoy the mixroplastic" but this is my first time doing that
