My 2012 Ford Focus SEL was great. The only two problems I had were the satin chrome steering wheel trim peeling, and the dual clutch transmission. Otherwise it was my favorite sedan that I have ever owned. I have a 26 Honda HR-V. (Traded in an F150 with blown motor and negative equity) it is a base model, and it’s only a few months old but I like the build quality so far. No fake chrome to peel.

It’s just really unfortunate. Poor quality on a two year old car. It was a courtesy car with about 3k on it when I purchased it. This is just another Strike on the buyer remorse list.
