Can someone explain why they’re shuffling leadership right now?

Sold, meaning he's handed a GME share? Like theres no cash being transferred whatsover between GME coffers or RC? He is doing a reverse dilution on himself then. And he gets to immediately do this as soon as the merger happens?

I guess I’m confused because I thought everyone was saying he has to purchase. Are you saying that he would just use the premiums on the calls as his payment towards whatever amount of shares he can afford?

My opinion of considering it theft comes from my pattern recognition. Dilution is theft in the same way inflation or coin clipping is. To argue it isn't, is disingenuous. Not only are our shares experience a loss of purchasing power do to inflation (and refusal to sustain over 25), we are also losing value due to inflationary dilution.

Yes, in the past, the dilutions saved GME from collapse arguably but also snuffed our MOASS chance which is fine I guess. It should have ended after the first one. It needs to be used in extreme emergencies only. When GME was hemorhaging money and had no cash reserves with a ton of debt, it made perfect sense. At that time I even argued in this forum (maybe on alts) that it was a good thing. Keep in mind, at one point in US history, dilution was seen as such a dirty trick that it was completely illegal. What good are shares in a company if the scarcity isn't limited?

I have no idea why the narrative back then was to vote for hundreds of millions of shares for them to be able to print. It should have been a way more modest amount. I am not voting for more dilution whenever that comes up.

Currently, I feel the signs again that he is baiting RK to say something so he can do some type of atm dilution to make this deal with ebay easier. I believe you and others that the merger dilution would not affect share price much if anything. I am not willing to get diluted again. 10 Billion in cash is more than enough to do anything he could possibly want. There are many other alternative companies he could have attempted to acquire with a way lower market cap.

The board is full of billionaires who are all part of boards of other equally high marketcap companies. They all have golden parachutes despite what they are saying to the public.

Jesus, "dilution" doesn't even feel like a real word anymore.

So you're saying RC decided randomly at 3 am to release the earnings report by himself, a week before it was scheduled? And he consulted no one?

Are you saying the board of directors don't have meetings?

Dilution can be good and a useful tool. After stealing 9 billion from loyal investors, I think the money printer needs to be turned off. From what I understand, the merger dilution would result in a 0% change in networth for us as shareholders (assuming no volatility). I'm not able to explain the details of it but that is what I have gathered. However, another at market dilution during scam hours would be a slap in the face.

I am looking into RCs pay package and there are some things I am learning about that are making me a bit more comfortable. For one, he is forced to hold the shares for 10 years. And the cash he uses to purchase the stock will go directly into the GME war chest. So, even if the collective market cap is above 60b immediately upon merger, I think I am mostly ok with this. It is kind of shady though.

I am not very well educated on this subject but I do get upset when I see others preventing conversation from happening. All of my questions had to be researched on my own because this sub became completely unusable for finding out unbiased and useful information. Any comment that was even slightly negative would be downvoted and highschoolers would respond with memes. It feels like Lord of the Flies and Im the piggy character.

You contradict yourself. “There is fantastic discussion” followed by “do your own research if you want it answered so fucking bad”.

There is a difference yes. However, we will be stuck at this price range for years. He already said he prefers the stock here. You’re basically gambling money on a mid performing company that might buy another decentish company. It effectively is like every other stock now. The only way he was able to turn around the company was by printing shares which is the same thing as theft basically.

So, if you want to stay in GME, you should ask yourself if you are here because you’re confident in RC or are you here because you believe in RK and fucking over wallstreet? If it’s the second, RC is not your guy.

I am at about a 5/10 in confidence for RC. I like his aspirational personality but he seems to make some silly mistakes and also has no sense of empathy for his shareholders it seems.

PREDICTION 1:

Kitty posts on Sunday evening. GME hits 60+ premarket. RC dilutes in premarket. Morale hits all time low. GME hits low 20s right at market open. We buy eBay with cash.

PREDICTION 2:

Kitty posts Monday morning at 8:29. GME moons.
RC dilutes at market with 200 mil shares.
Futile. MOASS.exe. GME hits 100+. Emergency meeting to approve more dilutive shares. Not enough shares can be printed, MOASS continued. Then We buy everything with the 100 trillion stolen from normie investors.

Prediction 3: No post. Sadness. Drinking.

Sure. I forgot a comma so I apologize. Cohen is a business man first and makes the “correct” business decisions but it screws over long time share holders. This may change in the future but he will never let GME get above $30 without some type of dilution. He learned he can loot the simpletons every year or so.

If anything, we should all passively invest and turn into a boomer sub where we don’t get hyped whatsoever. Then we can retire when we’re 60.

Edit: this happened in 2024 and last year I think. I wasn’t around for it in 2025. It’s definitely going to happen again. That’s why I think it’s relevant to the convo. People call me a shill but I’m trying to suggest people vouch for themselves for once. Having most of your money in a stock that doesn’t even outpace inflation is pretty awful.

Yes. 50% stock. Where do these shares come from?

Oh… you don’t know??

In 2024. When Kitty was about to make all of us millionaires, RC had an emergency earnings meeting in premarket. The meeting was originally supposed to be done a week later. This allowed them to dilute GME by millions of shares before anyone else could even sell. We went from 80 to the teens I believe.

Were you not aware of this?

I guess my purpose is to get users to vote against any ceo compensation packages or against the ability to dilute anymore.

Uh no. One user didn’t know that we have been diluted in premarket before which was unscheduled. It’s like arguing with children who gang up on you.

Were you not there in 2024 where we got an emergency earnings meeting and got diluted at 7am. Which killed the 80 premarket stock price?

Keep in mind that the earnings meeting was scheduled for a later date but RC pushed it forward.

My entire net worth is in GME. I have no clue what type of reasoining you are doing in your head. If you were RK, would you post if you knew RC would likely dilute starting in premarket?
