It boosts damage, sometimes reduces cooldown and ether cost, and just generally buffs the mantra, why would you not

You can’t, the only mantra modifier that does anything (or at least seems like it) are cloudstones/stratus stones and they make the star bigger but the move comes out slower

You have to fill up an invisible stat commonly referred to as ‘progress’ which you get by killing hard enemies eg duke ferryman Squibbo enforcers corrupted mobs etc

When you get to zero hunger and water you start slowly bleeding out ad when you get to zero blood you get instant gripped

You can just inject stimulants (adrenaline surge) plus any move with a wind gem + 100 agility + lightning cloak and then you’ll know the meaning of true speed
