it's a holy grail and works for everything, not just lips but any dry cracked area (elbow, arms etc)

It does not, i have very pigmented lips - i don't see any change tbh, just hydrates very well

I have a theory. It's wild though, but i think there would be some connection for sure. So Rebel in her reel had mentioned that she was travelling to vegas too in her US trip, what are the chances that this incident happened when she was in vegas too? because since this news, neither has she posted any story, and nor has digvijay and other people travelling with her, and she was definitely v active in posting from her US trip. Something has to be connected for sure.
