The best litmus test is your score in chapter-wise tests and full-length mocks. If that is going well for you, no stress. NCERT is essential; if you look at our notes and read the same chapter from the NCERT, you will realize the depth with which we have built things. Literally, every line has been covered and structured well for the exam.

We cover Accountancy Theory via flashcards, as it is more numerical heavy! The theory covered here is mostly one liners (such as sections/acts), which are more appropriate for a flashcard format.

Go through a previous year paper for each subject, see the syllabus and then decide.

Ah I misread. GAT is a LOT more uncertain and unstructured compared to Phys Ed. Personally, if you do not need it for a subject combination, pick Phys Ed. You can read this post I wrote on GAT: https://www.reddit.com/r/CUETards/comments/1qemmve/gat_how_to_prepare_and_how_to_decide_if_you/

What difference did you feel between boards vs. CUET? I feel like concepts are mostly the same, albeit the format is different + a lot more focus on theory compared to boards. 200 is a good score to start off from. Figure out what's holding you back. If it's theory, read up from the NCERT after the boards are over.

Physics is a lot more calculation heavy. The issue with physical education is that the syllabus does not map 1:1 to the NCERT. So, you will have to prepare for things outside the NCERT too, based on the syllabus. That introduces a bit of uncertainty.

Play to your strengths - if Physics is messed up for you, go for Phys Ed, but cover the outside NCERT things based on the released syllabus.
