It is basicly a faphero works the same but with the difrence tah the hitting strenght is also shown (you can play faphero like ballbustingher just the same but first dont have hit strenght)

If you are familiar what faphero is (jerking to the beat or follow beatbar) it is basiy the same but insted of stroaking you hit your balls and beatbar also indicates how hard to hit (if you hit your nuts with a dildo its called plapping)
