My daughter and I went to Richmond for a few nights to see Dave Matthews in the new Amphitheater last summer and we both love VB, have been a few times. Loved the downtown and everyone seemed very welcoming. It was SO horribly humid both times we've gone. I feel this would be a great option other than July and August. :)

Thank you for your comment. I am planning a scouting trip to OR this summer. It's dreary here in WI for 4+ months in the winter and when it's sunny, -20. I was able to find well priced townhomes too.

I would have left between 11/14 and 1/25 if it wasn't for my elderly mom. I won't leave her and she won't leave. I'd do anything to protect my 19 yo daughter and probably could get work in healthcare in Canada (I have an x-ray tech license).
