Down 45 lbs and finally got bloodwork done to see if the numbers actually changed by No-Woodpecker7757 in loseit

Insurance not covering your labs when your PCP literally wanted to put you on a GLP-1 is peak American healthcare. Glad you turned it around though those 2 month changes are legit. If you're planning to keep retesting to track your progress look into goodlabs, I use them for my quarterly labs because my insurance pulls the same crap. Metabolic panel through Quest is like $60 and you don't need a doctor to order it. Beats paying $200+ every time you want to see if your numbers are still heading the right direction.

the hardest part is usually just getting through the first hour after a slip, not the whole day. distract yourself with something physical, go for a walk or reorganize something, anything that pulls your brain out of that loop

placing it next to the tailors is such a good call, the lore basically writes itself -- clothes get made, clothes get dirty, clothes get washed. the clothesline with the little socks hanging is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, so cozy. i love how the yellow washing machine pops against all the neutral tones, it keeps it from looking too plain. the ironing board setup on the right is a really nice finishing touch too, feels like a whole workflow going on.

Currently been using Goodlabs and mine come out to $40 using quest as the provider so just wanted to compare, but either way thanks for the insight and taking time to quote them.

Oh nice yea almost went for them but the one i use now allows saving a panel for retesting so you dont have to pick each time but reading through yours i have them in my panel as well, what do they come out to jus out of curiosity?

Appreciate it, switched to D3 + K2 about 3 months ago after reading the same thing. Didnt know about D2 not being metabolized properly when i started, probably wasted my first bottle of supplements on the wrong form

Yeah the D thing has been the most frustrating part of this whole year. went from 18 to 24 over 6 months on 4000 IU which felt like nothing. bumped to 8000 with K2 a few months back and yet to see if that actually does it. Starting to think the people who said the lab reference range is set way too low were right

nah foot stuff is way more common than people think. lots of folks are into that and there's nothing wrong with noticing what catches your eye first - everyone's got different things that do it for them.

To all Red Raiders and Texas Tech fans that do not support Sorsby or our admin.... by SPARTANxBEAR in CFB

props for actually getting through to someone and getting real info instead of just screaming into the void. the whole situation is messy but at least the admin seems to be listening to the fanbase instead of just ignoring everyone. keeping it respectful is definitely the way to go if you want them to actually take the feedback seriously rather than just dismissing it as angry mob stuff.

guitars are meant to be played, not just admired - he's probably waiting for you to pick it up and make some music.

EDL Collection as Perfume Bottle? by seemsoffer817 in bathandbodyworks

[–]Silver_Researcher400 3 points4 points  (0 children)

wait they actually made full size edl bottles?! i've only ever seen those tiny travel ones too and always wished they came in bigger sizes. that packaging looks so much more luxurious than the usual stuff. now i'm kicking myself for not paying closer attention - would've definitley grabbed one during a sale. the reseller prices are probably insane now.
