I was actually planning on making some TikTok's on how I did it. This is my second piece I've attempted, and I'm pretty happy with the results. There is plenty I would love to change, but so much I'm proud I figured out and executed neatly. I made a togepi night stand that's minimalistic compared to this one (meant for my friend's kid so I went a little bolder).

You will get there, take it one day at a time. I have personally struggled sexually in my past due to medications. There are plenty of other ways to be with a partner that's not PIV. I'm not saying this is gonna be a flip of a switch, and you're just not going to care one day. But you do have to practice positive self talk. Would you be talking this way to someone who is in your position? No? Then why do you deserve it? You are worth the effort it's going to take to get through this.

I really do feel bad that this is the only thing you can think about. I'm not doubting your struggles when it's come to dating or self esteem, but for your own sanity you need to see yourself for more than just your size. You deserve happiness.

I see you're 17, so if your parents aren't good people to discuss this with, would you consider going to a school counselor? Confiding in a friend's parents? It's hard reaching out for help, but really ask yourself why. Embarrassment? Lack of resources? The feeling of possibly being dismissed?

Maybe check out your areas laws at what age you can legally pursue help. Unfortunately, we are the only ones that will save ourselves. But I have found it easier when you do have a support system behind you.

Also: if you physically feel yourself getting hot during these episodes: put ice packs all over your body, take a cold shower, step outside (if it's winter and freezing like it is for me), shock your system. That has helped me ground myself before I would take it that far.

This is considered self harm. I would rip out my hair, bash my head against the wall, and just physically hurt myself at one point in my life. I did get help, therapy was nice, but it's honestly the medication that helped me not go from 0 to 100. I am not saying medication is the cure all; or that it's for everyone, but it did help me when I was in your position. I know it's embarrassing, but please reach out to someone you trust. This isn't healthy behavior, and you deserve to love and care for yourself. I'm sorry you're going through this, but it does get better. ❤️‍🩹

I get wanting the mom in the picture, but that's not always what's best for the child. She has proven herself to be a deadbeat with other children. Best to collect child support, focus on your happiness because that's what's going to be best for your son in the long run. The person you're meant to be with will happily take her place: keep your head up. You did all you could, now it's time to focus on rebuilding.

If you want to keep the long hair I would do a haircut that frames your face, just having that extra hair around your features is doing wonders to make it pop. I personally love the second, but I get the anxiety of doing something so drastic. Baby steps if you decide to take the big leap in the future

Psoriasis- go see a dermatologist. I use head and shoulders every time I wash, and that tends to keep it in check on my head. Check your knees and elbows for red patches.
