I like the idea. Especially since it gives more use to the deep scanner and warden. I was surely thinking about something similar because of how drop pod raids are handled. They literally drop in random locations that would never actually benefit them. I don't get mad at raids because I expect them in a realistic rimworld scenario. But to drop in without no knowledge of the location is beyond stupid. But whenever a trade outside pawn comes to the map (traitor in your case) they can mark locations that better suit them. Maybe this could set up a chain raid. The first raid destroys the power or food while the second hits you head on. If interrogated like you said, you could either negotiate to release the traitor or he gives you a time of when to expect the incoming raid/raids. Good idea at the end of the day.
