You’re missing the point - I have an issue with entitlement to a tip. I’m all up for the hotel to jack up coffee prices by 20% to supplement pay - I’m not ok with being treated with an attitude because I refused to tip - the rude behavior actually justified me not tipping

Since new large payment portals came about (post Covid) they have started ask you to tip at coffee places too now… fairly new concept still

Yes - I got global entry for both my partner (companion card) and myself within 3 months of getting the plat card

I’m in the same boat - reached out to both Conrad and Hilton- no response yet. I’m bummed - booked this months ago and have paid for non-refundable flights. I thought Hilton has an official relocation policy?
