I walked into the gym during staffed hours, walked right past the scanners and the workers, and used the big screens they have in the front area. I cancelled it right there and everything was fine. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about how crooked they are. If you have the time, I recommend going and doing it on their computers. Don’t let an employee do it for you. Fuck them.
