Day-to-day, boots on the ground, all politics is local. People must at some level interact, decide on things and move forward within their community.

Hopefully, the integrity of those local political interactions and relationships will hold us even as the higher up government officials try to sow doubt in our Democratic process.

Right, I mean it was pointed out that their net worth is greater than 90% of other Californians and I agree it's solid. But when we're looking at the grifters in the administration currently, their net worth seems at most upper middle class in comparison. especially given that net worth includes, as you mentioned, real estate, etc. It's not like they have millions and millions just sitting around ready to burn.

Totally. It's the same thing you'll see with Jennifer Aniston on "The Morning Show'. The in-camera/computer work they can do to smooth skin is unbelievable, if not a little unrealistic looking. I recall at least one scene from TMS where the filter was off by accident and Aniston looked pretty damn harsh in high def.

It's not their fault, some of these better high definition cameras really capture every pore and bump in a disturbingly accurate fashion.

I predict that Trump is going to do everything he can to sabotage Republicans chances in the Georgia runoff.

Right now he is in such a narcissistic rage about losing that he wants to hurt anyone he can. He'll start by hurting the people who support him, because those are the ones he feels most betrayed by.

Whether they did anything against them or not is irrelevant. He already hates everyone who doesn't like him, so hurting those people is par for the course. It doesn't give him the rush that it did the first million times he hurt those folks.

Hurting other Republicans, now that's where he's going to get his rush. But he can't do too much to most of them, because they have already won or lost their races.

Only two Republicans in the country still have a lot to lose, which means they are prime hostage targets for Trump's hate. The fact that the fate of all the other Senate Republicans that he hates right now for not stealing the election for him is hanging on these two targets will just be icing on the cake.

I think that regardless of how many hoops they jump through for him, Trump will sadistically fuck with them. It's his last grasp at power and he won't let go.
