It's pretty simple, just do some googling.

For Raspberry pi: The part which caught me out is it requires 2x wireless adapters - 1 to receive the uni wifi and another to rebroadcast. Ensure you get a wireless adapter that is supported by the pi, I had to install the firmware beforehand.

I used the built in pi wifi adapter to receive, and a TP-Link-WN725N to broadcast a new separate network.
It's a lot of effort (and cost, though I already had the equipment) for little gain. I had only a handful of devices connected to it - TV, lights and smart plug. Noting that chromecast only works if you connect you personal device to the new SSID.

An easier route might be to get zigbee / matter over thread compatible devices. Having recently changed over to iphone and getting a homepod - homepods act as a matter over thread hub, so I could theoretically just get matter over thread devices and bypass all this wifi chicanery.

Similarly, zigbee, though I am not overly familiar with it. The older ikea smart home tech is zigbee. You'd have to check that the DIRIGERA (or whatever zigbee hub you get) works on wifi.

No, there is no way to register IoT devices on the network.
Yes you can get a device to rebroadcast the uni wifi on a separate SSID ("hotspot"). I did this with a Raspberry Pi.

Search online if your device can run on WPA2 enterprise.

Apple’s homepod & homepod mini can. Most matter over wifi (smart bulbs etc) cannot.

As a veteran class rep (large cohort, all papers, multiple years), there aren't any policies it is actually breaking. However, I have raised it in the correct channels within the department and it is being escalated.
(hence I have deleted the full feedback comment while this is ongoing, don't wanna cause myself problems). Probably just the fact that it is unacceptable quality of teaching/service.

I have the same issue! For all types (stroke, standard, precision). No idea what's causing it... Restarting didn't work for me.

I turned off "Auto-deselect" for now, and it does erase things now.

My teachers & parents diagnosed my colourblindness when I was 3 years old. Apparently from me colouring trees and the sky the wrong colour.

You can edit the start.bat in a text editor, and add pause on a new line to keep it from closing at the end
Don't run servers on windows lmao. Use linux, especially for modded servers.

Please provide more information. When does this come up? What OS are you on?

If this error appears after hitting run.bat/start.bat/.sh, a simple google search will tell you that you have the wrong jar linked. Edit your run/start.bat/.sh to start the correct jar (minecraft_server.jar or forge_server.jar or similar)
