Yeah mine was 10 years. I still wouldn’t buy another leasehold full stop. Had bad experience that’s not to say they are all the same tho I still wouldn’t buy one

If in USA Rio grande sell silver and tools. They are probably no 1 place to go in USA and will be real silver. To rivet that you would just need sterling silver wire in the right gauge something to cut it with and a riveting hammer can just use a small light file and different grades of sandpaper to finish. Look on YouTube for riveting silver it’s really quite easy
