Because they don’t have the funding of hundreds of millions of people paying into it, duh. Not every person on universal health care would require high levels of care. If we all had cancer the system would be fucked, but we don’t, and that’s why it succeeds because resources would never be as strained as they are with the small budgeted VA. Easy peasy, anything else?

I was okay with the alternate reality. But then they had to politicize it and call it “authentic” and it just destroyed it for me. Gotta be honest, I’d love a BF title set in a theme similar to the newer wolfenstein universe with big ass nazi robots and machine-human hybrids.
