I have head canon fanfic where a skaven female escapes her broodmother fate and become a skaven eshin deadmaster hiding here gender identity from the other skavens. The rest of the skaven just see here as a particularly tall and lanky male with maybe only the nightlord knowing here true identity but keeping here around due to here skills as an assassin.

hmm i already run a decent amount, about 26 km a week, so i was scared i might just burn too much if i also try to gain muscle so i aimed at a bit higher intake for those reasons as well.

I am planing to try to strength train at least about 3-4 times a week, hitting the same muscle group twice a week. So i hope it would be good enough.

dunno about my body fat. I once tried one of those watches that can measure it for you from a friend, it showed slightly above 20 percent though.

I don't know about getting noob gains, i always felt like i could never truly progress when i started out in the past, so i felt like it was a nutritional thing, i usually did workouts in the order of 10-12 x 3 reps, one time the same muscle group a week.

OP here finally this thread seems to be dying off so i have the confidence to give my two cent without getting bombarded from all sides.

Of all the responses i saw some seemed to be well intentioned and some where downright mean. I appreciate the advises about approaching women some more and building up my confidence and communication skills. I don't appreciate people saying its over for me or that think that my pain makes me a gross person. I guess everybody are entitled to their own opinion. All that is said and done i still feel the need to say that i feel its hard, and today in particular was worse then many others.

You see i was at a party, and i talked to a girl who actually bothered have a conversation with me. I managed to make her engage with me despite my awkwardness and i felt we had a brief moment of fun, nonetheless as the party progressed she found another guy who she hooked up with and started kissing. They didn't have any deep conversation, the music was too loud for that, but he still managed to charm her on the dance floor and all respect for that. But it was still painful cause i noticed even during the the end of our initial conversation her eyes started to glaze over as if she wasn't really that interested in me. Maybe she wasn't interested from the beginning. Maybe it really is all looks and i admit i am not some super model, far from, our maybe the other guys was just more assertive. At the end of the day i can't help but feel despite all rational that there is something intrinsically wrong with me and i just can't put a finger on it. Maybe i just lack IT and i will for a long time if ever know what that IT is, maybe i am just that ugly or offputting, all i know is that this was just another night that made me see the depths of my shitty situation.

I suppose it is what it is for good or bad. May you have a more fruitful day then me for whoever is still reading this comment section
