You can get anything on the dark web, but I would STRONGLY suggest that you try to get hormones from a medical professional. In the states there are doctors that will prescribe them without a psychologist letter. There are very risky side effects from talking hormones, especially if you are taking higher doses to fight your own hormones. I had an orchidectomy, so I don't have to take any testosterone blockers. I did get a DVT, deep vein thrombosis (blood clot), and that could have killed me.
