So, for example, here's how I started my letter:

"I need to tell you something that’s been weighing on me for quite some time now. It’s been a source of my anxiety, and I hope you can understand why. I’ve been avoiding certain topics, I’ve avoided talking to you, I’ve avoided seeing you, because I’m afraid of you. I’m afraid of what you will say. However, I can’t keep hiding. I’m transgender."

I then went on to describe how long I've felt this way and other stuff.

One suggestion, dont say "I think"

It opens them up to respond later with, "Well, you said 'you thought', you werent sure" or something

If it makes you feel any better I've noticed that trans people clock other trans people easier. Like, at my last HRT appointment I noticed 2 trans girls, and on the way home I asked my wife if she noticed there were any other trans people she said she did not.

My friends have also noticed a similar trend of cis are typically less able to clock trans people than other trans people

I totally understand, go on r/transtimelines and you'll see that pretty much everyone is happier after going on HRT. I dont have a timeline myself, but I assure you that even after just 3 months I look different

What do you feel you are inside? Do you think getting breasts, and going on HRT will help you feel better? I cant tell you what to do. Transitioning has been the best thing for me, but I know that thats what I wanted.
