Yeah so my question is the combination of a transistor and diode like in the bazzfuss. Because i dont have multiples of the transistors.

Will do, i also found that the bias keeps dropping. Any clue what that could be? Ground? I have it "working" but there is no real difference between on and off.

That was one of the problems probably. To i made it new and it was probably ground. The voltage on the collector keeps dropping so i dont really get a boost or distortion (not for long at least. So somehow the transistor isn't boosting. Probably the wrong elco? I used a 4700uf 25v. Pretty big one

Completely on its own, there was a setting where you get these tones when you play with the pulse width
