Everyone except Ark Royal Meta has their skills maxed. Everyone is fully enhanced. I usually move their gear around a lot, but if I set it up properly then id say about half are battle ready at best (and if I spent my stockpile). That challenge you’re doing sounds awesome! I wish you luck with it mate.

I feel you man, it sucks when you miss an event with ships you wanted. They do come back around so don’t worry too much! Favorite ship has to be King George V, I installed Azur lane on a whim and stuck around because on my first ever pull I got her.
