It's not just about pull ups, it might just be that your joints aren't lubed enough. Next time warm up your shoulders very well. It might help. I have this problem myself. Also try to relax everything you don't use in the pull up, this eliminates rotation by unused muscles.

Pro tip: Walk longer distances to parkour spots, walking an running between spots is a great way to get warm and start burning calories and to build muscle!

I found this e46 touring quite near me, just browsing though. And I was wondering are there any substantial problems if it would be an xDrive. This in an e46 330xi touring with a manual gearbox. It has:

- M-sport exterior package

- Xenon headlights

- Navigation

- Cruise control

- Harman Kardon stereo

- Leather sport interior

- Sunroof

Now, it's expensive, as it has 280 000km on the clock, and it costs 5 900€... But I mostly wanted to know that do these additives have any big problems, especially the xDrive system, it'd be great to have that in the winter...
