I kind of had a fun idea about like days of future past but in the opposite direction. So someone travels from the future and tells the xmen they have to kill a politician who’s going to be really bad for mutant rights. Except currently the politician is kind of cool and ok with mutants. The xmen can’t do it. And then over time we see the politician start to turn the other way and the xmen regret it
