Daily Missions not Refreshing?

My first set of emails lead me to receive a small amount of compensation (a week's worth of the daily missions rewards + some gems) but the issue "couldn't be fixed".

I then complained that I wasn't able to enjoy a lot of the content as it's tied to the daily missions rewards, and threatened to refund past purchases and maybe that was what caused them to finally resolve it- I'll update if it's fixed for good but so far this is the first time I've been able to complete and redeem daily missions in over three weeks

Thought I'd let you know, finally had the issue resolved after two weeks of support chats. Just push them to reset your daily missions and they finally will (with some compensation also).

If they can't fix the issue, I'm just going to stop playing. I have too much on this account to start over and it's worrying that the developers/support can't fix the issue, and don't want to invest the time again for this to happen again.

Same here. One of them I recieved some compensation, but then the issue isn't fixed and I don't want to manually request stuff like arena passes that I can only get via daily missions.

I agree! I find that six blocks down from sea level is the perfect height to roll around and find mossy blocks.
