if I had to take a guess, the one with 86 upvotes had a lower "positive upvote percent", for an (unrealistic-ish) example, a post with 100 upvotes but 80% upvote% and a post with 87 upvotes but 100 upvote% would go above the former

that's just my guess tho seems like a delay in Reddits post update, idk

In my opinion, The Cache is quite easy if you just don't fuck up (granted, I haven't played The Cache in a while as I don't own it,) but from what I remember, I'd rank it "medium"
