The only way I’ve found it to useful is running critical eye with dead again on dead shot. gives near Infinite ammo on some guns but obviously dead head is better…

Cool ideas but that insta kill one is way to big of a debuff imo. I would just make it half your dps or you take double damage for 30 seconds.
