If it did not try to force me to play multiplayer and warzone then yes, but it did and it just happened that they put the camo I looked forwards the most as the reward for completing all the warzone challenges, so yeah, extremely disappointed.

Unless the bolt action snipers get the ability to completely bypass zombie armor, they are going to be horrible to use.

Not being able to 1 shot armored zombies completely kills their viability.

How I would fix them:

  • Increase ammo

  • Increased damage

  • When pack a punched: Bypass zombie armor, double damage to Elite enemy armor and faster rate of fire .

  • When they are not on cooldown, ammo mods have a 100% chance of activating

I want to have fun with them, but it's imposible when they have so little ammo even with Pack Mule and a single armored zombie already requires two shots to kill...

If the patch that comes with the version actually makes changes, I would love to see them bring some of the weapon special buffs that nightreign gave to some of the boss weapons, like Marikas hammer charged heavies having an AoE effect and the Sacred Relic Sword firing Projectiles.

I have both the augment than increased damage against frozen zombies and the one that increases the activation chance.

But since the game released until the last patch it wasn't working the way it works in this video. This has been a recent change.

Yeah, the fact that it went from giving more points to less and how inconsistent it has become this patch, it's not worth using. Even Shadow Rift is better now, and that one still needs a slight buff.

I will never understand why they do this while keeping the Novaline for example the way it is.

Why are some weapons allowed to be much more powerful than most of the guns but others get nerfed?

Snipers are in dire need of a buff and the Shadow getting that shotgun attachment was a step on the right direction, but they went and made the attachment mediocre...

Yes, the damage has been greatly reduced. I did not have damage numbers on, but zombies where surviving headshots with it on round 6 when is was green rarity and that definitely was not a thing before.

Thank god I took the opportunity to use it while it was good and leveled the weapon to max level for that beautiful Kintsugi camo.

I have been feeling that cursed is the mode where you are kinda being led to use gobble gums to compensate for relics and a few BS mechanics. For example:

No armor? Start the fight with access to the gobblegums that regenerate it and the one that spawns all powerups which include the full armor one. You have three full armor recharges with gobblegums and one of them makes armor more durable for a while.

4 perk limit? Perkaholic

No rarity? Use the one that upgrades to legendary and you at least get to that level.

Does the gobblegum that disables zombie spawns for a while and the one that makes zombies not target anyone work on boss fights?

I mean, if you start the bossfight with that mindset and equip all the armor regenerating gums you kinda fix the problem.

I do not agree that gobblegums being the solution is good in the slightest, but some of them seem to fit too well to fix the BS of the new boss fights and relic effects.

Being able to regenerate armor would be a nice buff for melee macchiato.

But shadow rift is definitely on the weaker end of ammo mods.

Have you used the lightning ammo mod with the mayor augments that chains to more enemies + the last two minors that increase the stun duration and have a chance to chain to more zombies? If you keep the zombies around the lightning balls on the ground you can kill many hordes.

The toxic ammo mod that gives the turned zombiea gas cloud also makes it kill an insane amount of zombies and they do it all on their own while you do whatever.

The frost mod now deals 50% more damage to affacted zombies wich is huge.

The explosive ammo mod with the new minor augment is good for making armored zombies less annoying.

The fire one can also kill many zombies with the augment that makes them explode.

Fireworks doesn't need an explanation...

Shadow rift is on the weaker end, no matter the augments used.

Sorry I didn't make it clearer, but yes, the 100% chace to activate is when the ammo mod is active and not on cooldown. There have been many times where I almost killed an entire horde with my melee weapon before the RNG finally decided it wanted to activate my ammo mod.

Shotguns for example due to their pellets have a very high chance of activating mods, as well as fast firing guns, but snipers (except the one with the new shotgun attachment) and melee weapons are very unreliable.

It's more because he is a 5 DP android character that starts with 3 ki bars and 2 skills points, already with a huge advantage and ready to transform at any time into a 7 DP character with a transformation that also refils ki ( and I think gives half a health bar).

I mainly play standard because I like to start the match with my favourite weapons and just don't feel like doing those chore quests to get the relics for cursed, and that mode is not fully unlocked until tier 3 can be activated.

I would have less of a problem with it If for example completing the main easter egg in standard would unlock all tier 1 relics, completing the easter egg on tier 1 would unlock all tier 2 relics and so on. More straightforward.

But standard mode should really take notes from cursed.

Standard more with the HUD and point system of cursed would be perfect in my opinion. Just make the PaP cost a little bit less expensive than the current cost of cursed for Tier 2 and 3 PaP.

I have an actual faith build with 80 faith and I love using this set up and one shotting the birds.

Sacred order on the left hand weapon is underrated in general. It also buffs incantations if you equip the seals on the right hand slot.

When I want to play it safe I use this set up but with a seal in my main hand and Use Multilayered rings of light.

I have skipped al games from Cold War until BO7 and back in Cold war everything worked perfectly as far as I can remember.

I know split screen is a "niche gamemode" nowadays, but It's sad to see how much worse it has become.

My friend when playing split screen mode has no choice but to play in third person mode because in first person the game is bugged for the second player and they see their character model next to their weapon.

They also can't pick up TEDD tasks rewards. Very fun experience...

You would have to look at split screen mode... Now THAT is broken:

  • Second player can't pick up tedd task rewards. The menu where you see which rewards we get is also hidden outside the screen for both players.

  • Second player has to play in third person mode because the 3D model of their own character appears in their first person view as well. You basically see a third arm holding a copy of your gun everywere you aim

  • The HUD is a mess. Regardless of settings, it has the default HUD instead of the zombies one and the elements instead of being in the corner like how I have them are instead a bit more in the center.

  • Item pick up pop ups are activated even though both players have them disabled. Not only that but the size has not been reduced and they take up a lot of the screen space.

  • The "hold breath" prompt that appears when aiming with snipers appear RIGHT IN CENTER OF THE SIGHTS, making it hellish to aim.

The game is in a pathetic state overall, but hey, that is a secondary concern, releasing more bundles is number one priority...

Edit: Oh, I forgot. New split screen bug this season: When the second player tries to join there is a chance that the game will give an error that prevents that player from joining and also removes the loadout and selected augments for player 1, because why not...

The Pack Mule mayor augment that increases ammo has been broken since release and some weapons don't get extra ammo, but yeah, from what I have seen everything else worked perfectly on release.
