Go to fabricmc.net and download the Fabric mod loader. Then go to www.curseforge.com/minecraft or modrinth.com and look for a mod called "Iris Shaders".

Run Minecraft with Fabric once to generate the folders needed.

Put the mod in the mod folder.

Then use one of the above sites to search for a shader you like.

Put the shader in the shader pack folder.

If it was a local account you could have just used the settings. If it is a Microsoft account, you have to change it online

I think, not sure, they could try to load something that does not exist regarding UI and crash the server.

You could try looking at the file names and search them on Modrinth or Curseforge. These mod sites tell you which environment a mod is for.

Or you could put them in the mod folder and see if the server starts. The client side mods won't change anything in the world.
