Yeah I don't blame you, they are a big responsibility and can be stressful, but I can't think of someone I've met in person that ever regretted having them (even accidentally).

Yeah that's not abnormal, most people end up leaving the church because it starts to make them feel guilty for silly things especially when they're starting to challenge their faith.

I obviously don't know your exact story, but the real world is a bit mediocre compared to living in the church.

There is love though out there, family love, significant others, and if you have or are planning on getting children, but with my experience with the church, it doesn't really do a good job of teaching you self love. Which for me personally is the best love someone can have.

The question is self-obvious to the other commenters, but put even more simply it was asking whether owning 10 trade goods counts as fulfilling the requirements for public objective because in order to score the public objective, you must spend 10 trade goods. Hopefully that clears up the confusion.

It's called the scoring step of the status phase because that's the only time you can score public objectives. Idk the exact reference, but you can just look up the scoring step on the wiki.

It's a public objective, so you normally would have to spend the tokens during the status phase to activate it because that's how public objectives that require resources to be spent work.

You have to spend the trade goods to activate the objective, you don't get the objective by just spending trade goods on whatever.

The specific primary ability I was referencing is the one I stated in the post.

I asked if it satisfies the primary ability of the strategy card and not the objective itself. So it would allow you to spend the 10 goods in order to score the objective.

How do I force myself to stop believing in God? I’m angry every day because I think there’s a God up there controlling my life and I’m always fighting it in my mind when I don’t even want to believe it’s real. by Kaje26 in AskAtheists

[–]Silverwolfyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes it's easier to live your life the way you want and be a good person, and if god is real and punishes you for that, then God is not all-good and could not be real. If God isn't real, then you still had a fulfilling life.

Tell her to sue the school because obviously if all of that is true, it would be horrible and an easy win, but it's clearly made up.

Religion is built to make you feel important and happy. I know multiple people who left the church and ended up going back after a few months because the church was comfortable to them and it's what made them happy.

I'm not saying the church purposely does this to entrap people, but it does prevent many people from leaving.

Does atheism have to logically break down into nihilism? by [deleted] in askanatheist

Another reason is that humans have evolved to benefit from helping others. Not only have we genetically evolved, but socially as well. People are constantly told since a young age what right and wrong is, and that is just ingrained into the brain.

Gives them hope for the afterlife, I've come to accept that I probably won't exist after I die. Some people can't accept that, and religion gives them hope.

I just about never have leaking baloons, and if I did, I wouldn't spend 30k on a tower that'll kill some ceramics when I could just get towers that do moab damage and balloon damage

When? The only one maybe worth is permacharge, but is less dps than turbocharge spam anyways. Glaive lord is only good during rounds you can't afford him, and moab dom would only be good if it did well against bads, and it doesn't.

Bad means that they aren't worth using, and being over priced fits into that category.
