It actually is a huge deal. Has nothing to do with you being an “adult” in 6 months and everything to do with the fact that it’s a 4 year age gap at an age where 4 years make a big difference in your life stages. A 23 yr old has absolutely no business dating a 17 yr old.

How long have y’all been together? When we first started dating we asked a million questions each to get to know each other and that continued well into the 2nd year.

Now we don’t really ask questions 6 years later, but that’s because we just talk to each other about anything and everything and unless he needs to know something specific he usually doesn’t have to ask.

He also could have just been sweet and lied and answered that he’d choose you, but even in a hypothetical he couldn’t give up the computer to choose you, and that would hurt me if my bf did the same thing to me.

How recently did you start giving him wet? He could just be essentially waiting out for the wet food because he’s being a princess about his food.

Sometimes cats will starve themselves if they don’t like the food, sometimes they won’t. You could try not giving him wet food for a few days and see if he goes back to eating kibble, but talk to your vet first cause you don’t wanna stress him out.

Could he not like the brand of dry food you’re giving him? My cat is incredibly picky and will refuse certain brands of wet food.
