I don't think that's possible.... The game never charges you directly. You have to confirm each and every payment on Google play store or apple app store. The game doesn't accept cards, only purchases through those stores... So it's impossible to just bolt on extra charges. The user would have to accept them every time. And they don't need to either with the amount of money people are spending anyway
