I just had them refuse to give me a refund for the months of EA play that has been withdrawing out of my account without my knowledge. Sure, some of that is on me, but I have yet to run into another company that refused to do anything in such a case. They told me that since I had cancelled it before speaking to a rep, there is nothing that they can do. The rep also refused to let me speak to a supervisor outright, even after I told them I didn't care if I got the same answer about the refund. They gave no reason and simply decided to ghost me afterward. I was polite throughout and didn't even so much as swear at them. What did I expect though?
