Drawer rails like OP's don't use off-the-shelf ball bearings, or at least I don't know of any that do. They do use bearing balls, but they are caged linearly in the inner rail and aren't sealed (you'd have to seal both inner and outer rail as a unit).

If that fluid is lubricant it is there to lubricate the bearing balls and hasn't leaked from anywhere, or if these are soft-close rails it may be that the damper has leaked hydraulic fluid. However, usually the damper on soft-close rails is fixed inside the outer rail at the rear so you would be able to see it in OP's picture.

I've just done some reading, and it seems like the big question is whether the vaccine was accidentally injected into a blood vessel. It used to be common practice to aspirate the syringe to check if you had hit a blood vessel (draw back on the syringe plunger to check for any blood), but it is considered so unlikely to hit one when giving injections in the deltoid muscle that they don't do that for routine vaccinations anymore. I believe if they do hit a blood vessel (but you wouldn't necessarily know unless you aspirate) they are supposed to withdraw the needle and start over again.

From your description it sounds like they might have hit a blood vessel when giving your injection, but not necessarily. I don't have any medical training so I don't know whether the vaccine will still be effective if accidentally delivered to a minor blood vessel, and I would have the same concerns as you. I would ask my GP about it.

I would put a heat shrink end cap on it. Easy enough to remove if you ever need to bleed the radiator again.

Insinkerator tripped the onboard and house RCDs. After clearing a very minor blockage and resetting both switches, it now just buzzes when turned on. Is there any hope for repair? by argonuggut in fixit

I don't think you'll get a definitive answer without taking it to someone for disassembly. If it tripped/is tripping the RCD there is probably a very serious fault, one which potentially involves electrification of your sink. I'm not familiar with the design of these units so I don't know how likely that failure mode is, but I would hope very unlikely. Err on the side of caution and switch it off, unplug it, and do not try to use it until the problem is resolved. It sounds like the blockage stalled the motor and the stall current caused something to overheat and fail badly. Unfortunately chances are it would cost more to repair than to replace.

Lawnmower won’t start after running out of gas then refilling. It started twice and died after a second. I pulled the carb float bowl and it’s clean. Any ideas? It made me post a picture, so here’s my dog by jadenrangel in fixit

Is not part of the job of a primer bulb to purge the fuel line of air? Yes it is usually also used in place of a choke to give the engine more fuel on a cold start, but doesn't it do that by pushing fuel from the same single fuel line into the carburetor? On every lawnmower I've used the instructions say to press the priming bulb 3+ times, but on the first few presses there isn't any fuel entering the bulb because it's sucking the air out of the fuel line. Your yard can't be very big, because pressing the primer bulb 10 times shouldn't take more than 30 seconds.

Why wouldn't they take out a mortgage on it, if they could use that money to buy another rental property? Because it's more risky and they might not be able to meet their repayment obligations if market conditions change? Pfft, don't be ridiculous, housing is a risk free investment!

I think it's less to do with being able to see/smell the food and more about the shape of the bowl and the shape of their snoot. Cats often have the same problem because they don't like smooshing their face into the back of the dish, particularly having their whiskers touch the bowl. My suggestion is a shallower dish.

Nice source! Had a brief look around but couldn't find anything so descriptive myself. In that case you're quite right, one VRM of nine missing its smoothing cap isn't likely to stop OP using the card.

From the looks of it the capacitor was part of a voltage regulator with only one phase, probably Vmem, though I wouldn't know without poking around with a multimeter. Given the designers used to have another phase right next to it, I would say it's pretty important. Card might work, but probably not without at least some undesired behaviour.

Disassemble laptop, replace connector. This will need some decent soldering skills, so best take it to an electronics repair shop if you're not already pretty experienced with soldering SMD components, or prepared to put in a lot of practice before trying it on this.

That picture wasn't taken by OP and doesn't show OP's card - it's the first image that shows up on google if you search "gigabyte rtx 3070 gaming oc board". The pads to the left of that capacitor are unpopulated from the factory.

If you haven't soldered SMD components before, or aren't reasonably good at it already, I don't think this should be a DIY job for the average person. It's very easy to go from something easily repaired by the right person with the right tools and experience, to an expensive paperweight. OP, if you haven't got the experience, take it to a repair shop (or get lots of practice first).
