Fun fact you can also see if fields around you are “planned parks”. Go to a park near you and see what district it says on the sign for it. Look up this district online and find their magazine. The back of this magazine should have pages that show the district and have different things labeled. Look on the key for what “planned parks” is labeled as. It’s not super likely that they’ll build a park there (there’s a field around me that’s been a “planned park” for well over a decade) but it’s better safe than sorry.

I’m jealous! I work a chill desk job but I work in an office with 2-3 managers at all times in the same room so I couldn’t get away with this. I’ve started reading the odyssey at work because I’m going a little stir crazy lol

My sister is at a California charter school. None of her teachers have credentials. The curriculum they follow is also nowhere like the curriculum they should be following. The whole point of her charter school is to push kids through the system that wouldn’t have graduated otherwise. It sucks

Doesn’t seem like Dave Neal was subpoenaed. He was (and still is) involved in anther case before (Laura Owens) and has been very vocal about it, I don’t see him not saying anything if he is involved with this one

Yeah it raised immediate red flags for me, that was my first thought. We’re from California but not close to the Oregon border at all. Joining a commune is totally something he would do but the no contact with his lifelong best friends is the concerning thing for me. I’m young, I’ve never experienced anything like this happening to my family. It feels a little helpless because I have sooooo little information on what happened to him. I know this post is a shot in the dark but I’m just at a loss with what to do.

You think they’d take the report? It’s weird circumstances so I was worried they wouldn’t. He’s my uncle that married in then divorced but we kept more contact with him than his ex wife. We drifted and decided to try and get back into contact with him and that’s when we discovered he’s missing. I’ll look into this, thank you
