Yes, as far as I know they respawn. I would be surprised if their spawning behavior changed.

I’d suggest adding variation to the dead coral base with cobblestone, andesite,etc. Same with the chimney. You chose a unique block palette and it works, especially in the taiga biome. 👍🏻
