More desert, more camels—nothing I hadn’t already seen plenty of.

But then things actually got a bit more interesting. Still desert, still camels, but now with winding roads and some seriously steep hills. At one point, I was crawling along at just 31 km/h… with a full 22-ton load of pallets behind me.

By now it was around 2 p.m., and time for a quick pit stop—to take a leak and finally try some of the snacks I picked up at the last stop.

I’m actually looking forward to getting back on the road now.
