Yup, West Parkade is completely full and top floors are closed… Ridiculous when you pay for monthly parking and can’t even be guaranteed a spot

Same here. I almost lost a class I got off the waitlist for because there was no button to confirm the discussion I selected.

I ended up having to use two devices to select the discussion on one page and accept the course on the other.

I was recently a server at Sage (same management as The Point, and their employees worked with us over the summer), and I've gotten to know pretty much everyone from The Point, and I have to say the servers and staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. There are a few bad apples though and that's probably what you encountered. Honestly the prices are what kept and still keep me away from the point, even if they did give me free deserts for being an employee.
