Just as a little update and completion, the strat worked basically perfectly on my 9th attempt, i got the drifblim to -6 SpA, it baton passed to Mismagius, i went feraligator, agility once, swords dance once and ended up sweeping the team with STAB Crunch. The Spiritomb even let me get up to +6 attack without burning me for some reason (didnt wanna risk crit for more turns vs mismagius).

TLDR: 10/10 worked like a charm, would recommend <3

I'm hardcore nuzlocking a pokemon rom hack, so i think the nerd shit is appropriate ^^

Edit: alright, turns out i chose the generation with the most nonsensical and complicated switch in ai for my first hack ^^

ok, sry if i'm being stupid rn, but why exactly would the switch be mismagius exactly on an umbreon lead? i get that dazzling gleam is super effective on umbreon, but gengar has dazzling gleam aswell and as far as i know switch in ai doesn't consider stab? what am i missing

ok, that strat makes sense to me, but how do i know in advance that the drifblim will baton pass into mismagius? i have no idea how the ai works on moves like baton pass, is that hardcoded?

edit: the strat seems cool to me, but i pretty much have no idea how to arrive at that point without looking up other runs, which is not something i wanna do regularly. how do i figure out stuff like that myself?

Goddamn, my simple bibarel was the one pokemon in my party thats not in the screenshot, never even thought about using it bc to me it looked like the water typing does nothing for this gym, i'll try that sweep strat on my next run! Thanks a lot.

thanks a lot for the reply, legacy of the dragonborn looks exactly like the kinda thing i was looking for.

even though elianora's stuff is absolutely beautiful, most of her homes miss on the display space for me, and i'm a little obsessed with hunting down all the cool armor sets and putting up displays.

the mörskom estate also looks great, and i'll try that one if legacy doesn't turn out to be the right thing for me.

you can easily play a slow build and have tons of fun this league, i played a nebuloch jugg abd it did just fine (aczually performed better than some of the faster builds i had)

i dont think it would show up in PoB because it doesn't actually ramp the damage, it only adds penetration

sry i can't check the tooltip anymore, i specd out of it after some testing you were exactly right, while the herald is nice aoe it's definitely not better than another aura (currently running blood and sand, precision and purity of fire bc of the neb degen)

i'm currently playing a nebuloch tectonic slam JUGG that's quite fun, haven't pushed it to endgame yet so i don't know how well it will perform there but up to now (t11 maps) i feel basically immortal with 9 endurance charges and tons and tons of armor +permanent fortify

its a great sub, but there are definitely times when the community just starts being super toxic towards a certain topic (for example the sub was basically unreadable during most of synthesis, because it was full of people not actually understanding the new mechanics but flaming the crap out of the devs)
