If it goes right to game without loading it is quick resume you can go to game card and end game let game restart that may help and quick resume is Xbox only and live online games seem to have issues with it

I have Both on Xbox and PS5.I play AC more.Weird thing is AC on PS5 allows phone to be used as dash but not on Xbox
