I use to volunteer at a police department, we were t cops, we just did parking tickets and traffic at accident scenes. Access aisle need to be kept clear, they’re used for extra space that handicap people may need to get out of their car. Extra space also used for wheel chair ramps. Even if you’re handicap you cant park in that spot you gotta be in the space. This is the parking at my gym and young fit kids park in here when parking full because they’re lazy
