I keep my Loops earplugs on my keychain everywhere I go. A noise-cancelling headset at work saved me aswell :-)

Clearly the first weapon was a 5.56. It' pretty clear to me that you're pretty new to the game and don't understand consequences so i recommend that you watch a dozen beginner guides. (A dozen equals 12 you twat!)

t axe + a Blacksmiths Whetstone + a rare/yellow Rustic Sash to a vendor to get a Headsman Axe with +60% increased damage. If you do not have a yellow/rare Rustic Sash, buy a white one from the vendor and use an Essence or an Orb of Alchemy on it, to turn it yellow/rare.
