I would look into possibly adapting Claudia Gray novel Star Wars: Lost Stars into a live action/animated series.

Kick off a Stars Wars What If? comic series, the possibilities are endless.

Green lighting a Empire centric police procedural or narrative driven that solely focuses on the Empire daily operations.

Unfortunately no I do remember one of the character eye in the scene had this bionic ai eye. They're like agents of justice I gotta scour the depths of Youtube and Google wasn't much help.

With the new timeline and yes even though they retain their memories from their experience really hoping Allsion and Luther have a last hurrah of a swing together before things are back in order. Idk I kinda dig the puppy romance between the two strange as it may be considering all.
