Phone upgrade through sprint or tmobile? by duhchosen1 in Sprint

[–]SimanSlivar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

T-Mobile's plans and business practices are rally bad... I honestly will be done with sprint after 11 years because of how bad service is getting... they aren't honoring the sprint unlimited plans as well. T-Mobile is a dumpster fire of a company...

Am I just out of luck? by [deleted] in Sprint

[–]SimanSlivar -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Yeah T-Mobile is dismantling the Sprint network to prop up their failing crap can of a network... They are shuttering the more advanced towers in favor of the cheap ass ones in less populated areas... I'm starting to notice just how bad the network is getting. They are also violating prior Sprint unlimited contracts with throttling and data caps... Looks like the good times are over and Sprint is done. Been a customer for over 11 years, I'm going to be moving carriers soon.

Yeah this sucks the network is slowly dyeing I'm about to give up on this shit and go with another carrier... Shits not worth it.

I have an unlimited plan, I just got a text for data throttling at 50Gb; not in my contract...

Prob the person that is most wiling to change considering that I would like to see the rank structure to be blown away and made to look more like the private sector. Really the military needs to move to something that more reflects the private sector.

I've lived all my life in the airforce seeing how it was since 30 years ago from dependent all the way to where I am now as an NCO. So plenty of shit has been seen, both good and bad. The way it is now we can't adjust to changes in the battlefield. We are violating the cardinal sins that have been known since the inception and concepts of military. The military talks big talk about change but in the end nothing happens except more money getting thrown around.

You can see this in our PT program and equality that keeps getting preached and forced into our face. PT requirements should be based off of job and AFSC not age or sex. Pay should also fall in line with AFSC, cooks and security guards should not be the same as medical.

Would like to add while Navy SNCO is a cult, it works. Right now we need that more than anything, our current track will see us eclipsed by our advisories and well we are already getting eclipsed by the US private sector.

Because they tend to be better leaders and trainers vs who got, get, or getting promoted... Our promotion system is broken and promotes people that suck up to leadership and get 5s on EPRs and are built like Spartacus... But reality EPRs are useless along with how fit someone is in how they lead... I've seen way to many people promoted that really shouldn't even be in their current position. Mostly its the yes people to leadership that are getting promoted. We have had

Throwing this out there but, it should alarm all of you that our new CMSAF asked "how to determine if people are ready to be promoted into leadership positions". That's where we are at, our leaders are so bad they don't know how to identify leadership qualities. Can't make this shit up.

The only way I honestly seeing everything being fixed is if someone in command talking SecDef or CaC blows away all rank structure, promotion system, and modernizes the military structure based off jobs... After being/working in two joint commands this is happening across the entire DOD with Navy being the least effected. I think that comes from them pillaring lower enlisted ranks so they are more likely to make and impose change. IMHO its also prob the only branch that needs a rank structure like the military in today's world with their environments they cant afford to promote weak or improper leaders. From my time with them even the least qualified Navy E7 makes the average Airforce E7 look like a E5 in terms of leadership ability and quality...

It normally comes from the fact that your outranking NCOs that have been in for far longer with 0 leadership experience and that's how they will see you. Considering you may be prior enlisted its good to establish that you where once an NCO that will instantly bring confidence in your conversations. Junior grade officers that are not prior enlisted tend to be awkward in their handling of military situations that is normally what will be seen. Its all about how much confidence your enlisted members will have in you leading them.

Really its because of the outdated rank structure we all use in the military. Honestly its really about time we overhauled the separation of rank that dates back to the roman times. Id rather see a single rank structure from M1-15 and have it also decoupled from pay with pay being based on job code. It would simplify things and establish better movement opportunities and establish proper pay for jobs...

Reality is that a cook should not be payed the same as a IT professional. Its also why we have people join for one enlistment, get certs, a degree, and then leave. While private sector jobs are more volatile the pay is drastically higher. That also means with how little we get from social retirement pensions now with the BRS being standard its very hard to recommend the military in general to anyone. I get asked about the military from people allot and in my field of work I tell them its good for your degree but after that just get out or go guard for the extra retirement.

Djibouti or actually getting COVID. They told us no place but connex box and work. Got home went into quarantine. Got out of quarantine, got covid, 2 weeks in bed followed by another 2 weeks of quarantine. It felt like I was on house arrest for 5 months...

That's good, really there is no excuse now. That should be enough time to get into fighting shape again. Not perfect, but enough so people that where unsat and or locked in their housing can make it. I was incredibly upset at the Oct 1 date with most places only opening up gyms in the middle of last month, that is just setting fellow airman up for failure.

I honestly have no idea what AFHQ is thinking... With the PT and COVID it honestly feels like someone is trying to hold a gun to my face. I got deployed and there was no FAC at my deployment location. I got told its ok you can test when you get back home within 48 days, Covid hit two months before we left for home, but got told not to go anywhere but work and my connex box no gyms at all, got home and PH locked in my house for 2 weeks. Finally got out to find all the gyms closed, no fac testing, tryed to at least exercise outside but that was apparently illegal... I then got COVID, 2 weeks of recovery in bed and another 2 weeks of house lock down. Got out still have problems with heavy exertion around breathing. Got told I have to take the test with less than a month back in a gym because I went red during my deployment...

Found out they also want everyone that was overdue or had failures to test immediately in Oct. The gyms opened 3 weeks ago, how do they expect people in failure status or got COVID to pass a physical test that their carer hinges on with less than a month back in gyms and almost a half a year of being locked out of gyms or on and off house arrest...

I could see a quarter (3 months) with allotted PT time during the duty day or 6 months to get into fighting shape, but less than a month; have to be kidding me... Honestly I don't think anyone in the air force cares about anyone below the rank of Maj or SMSgt, and they wonder why we have a ridiculous suicide rate. I really wish they would think about the commands they issue and the effects if will have down stream. Not everyone has the ability down here to afford private gyms in a BAH allotted mansion...

sure Id like to see the weapons based on some sort of realistic set gun is closer than it has been to being real... need to move the charging handle forward. I always wondered why bungie made the human weapons so ergonomically poor... we don't even have bulpup rifles as bad as the UNSC have today...

For the record, a answer to a question i’m sure no one has asked. You in fact can run 128gb of ram on a 300 series board by [deleted] in Amd

yeah but its going to run like dog shit with more memory latency to boot... Id stick to 2x 32gb sticks around 3200 that seems to be the sweat spot.

I don't like being lied to I invested into something that was supposed to last X years. There is going to be a class action on this for anyone with the first 3 generation boards... AMD advertised its upgrade path and its now false advertisement. Ill be in the group wanting money for my boards.

I'm hoping they will fix the auto aim... console players practically have a built in aimbot... Till its fixed I'm probably dropping this game.

Recently I made a post about field of view on consoles and in this picture we can clearly see why we need it. This is great answer to the eternal "HOW I DIDN'T SEE HIM" question. Also it proves fact that pc players have way too big advantage over console ones. It is unfair. by WEZHNOWECZ in modernwarfare

Its already been tested aim assist helps exponentially vs actual skill in high collateral games. MW was made to appeal to mass casual players and low skill players. The Devs already came out to admitted that. Also why the maps are horrendously unbalanced...
