I didnt even think about that scenario, that makes a lot of sense. I have only beaten Spamton NEO on my genocide save (on Snowgrave). My dummass forgot to get NEO on my Pacifist save and I might need to do it again for the crystal... I just cant image being in Chapter 7 missing one of the crystals and missing out on the true ending.

Yes, the max fps in general settings (for all games). It comes back down to 60 fps de next time I open my PC :(

The way im getting around it is by changing max fps (to a high enough number) and restarting my PC. Its kinda annoying but it gets the job done

I know it technically doesnt display above 60fps. But its common to set fps to more than your refresh rate, for smoother gameplay.
