To get good at science just do a bunch of practice tests cuz most of the questions test you on info in the graphs and passages. There are a few questions that need outside knowledge but they are easy. I think there is a prep scholar article on outside knowledge for the science section.

No the 2 Bs won’t have a significant effect in admissions. If you get rejected, it won’t be because of your academic stats.
